Jess completed her 200hr YTT in 2020 in beautiful Bali, just before the world shut down. It was an important moment to fully comprehend the importance of yoga and meditation. Since then, she has undertaken her kids yoga certification and is currently studying yin yoga as part of her continuing education.
Jess truely believes that yoga is for everybody and that anyone can find some benefit in practicing.
